What physical changes may be your challenges?

65% of seniors under the age of 70 find it very easy to live indepently.  After the age of 70 that number drops to 43%.  As we get older our bodies change which is not necessarily bad, just different.  Keeping yourself fit and healthy will go a long way to living an independent lifestyle.
